License

iOS. Your license to use the iOS App is governed by Apple's Standard EULA and applicable App Store usage rules. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA about that license, the Standard EULA controls.

Android. The Google Play Terms of Service apply to downloading the App and to purchases made through Google Play. For the Android App, these terms are the end-user license agreement: we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and Google Play's rules.

Acceptable use

• Don't copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App.
• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
• Don't tamper with, cheat, exploit, or disrupt the App or other users' experience.
• Don't use the App unlawfully or in violation of the app store's terms.

Purchases and virtual items

The game is free to download on iOS and Android. Its paid offering is Ad-Free Monthly, which removes ads while the subscription is active. Bubbles and cosmetics are earned through play, not sold as separate launch purchases. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Apple or Google processes payments; we never receive your card details.

Refunds. App Store refunds are requested from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) under Apple's policies. Google Play purchases follow the Google Play refund policy: within about 48 hours of purchase you can usually request a refund directly from Google Play; after that, contact us and we will help where Google's process allows. Nothing here limits refund rights you have under applicable law.

Subscriptions

Ad-Free Monthly is an auto-renewing one-month subscription, with a US base price of $4.99 per month. The localized price and renewal terms shown by the App Store or Google Play before confirmation control your purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google Play account at confirmation, and the subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. It removes ads while active; it is not a lifetime purchase.

You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time — on iPhone or iPad in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android in the Google Play Store app → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Uninstalling the App does not cancel it. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — partial periods are not refunded except where required by law.

No free trial is offered at launch. Children and unknown-age players must pass the parent/guardian access gate before purchase or restore actions. This gate does not replace Apple's or Google Play's purchase authorization (such as Ask to Buy or Family Link) or any consent required by law.

Advertising

The App may display advertising. Ads and any linked third-party content are the responsibility of the advertiser or ad network, not us. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

Intellectual property

The App, including its code, art, audio, and name, is owned by BlackRaven AI LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms don't transfer any ownership to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlackRaven AI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the past 12 months or USD $10.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end the App or your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the App.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits any consumer-protection rights you have that cannot be waived under the law where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; if we do, we'll change the date below and post the new version at this URL. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
