Terms of Service

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal habit-building and focus, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

Acceptable use

• Don't copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App.
• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
• Don't tamper with, cheat, exploit, or disrupt the App or other users' experience.
• Don't use the App unlawfully or in violation of the app store's terms.

Purchases and virtual items

The App may offer in-app purchases and virtual items (such as cosmetics or in-app currency). Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed, not sold, to you. Purchases are processed by the app store; refunds are handled under that store's policies and applicable law. Prices and availability may change.

Subscriptions

The App may offer an auto-renewing subscription. If you subscribe, payment is charged to your app-store account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically at the then-current price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your app-store account settings at any time; uninstalling the App does not cancel it. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — partial periods are not refunded except where required by law.

Where a free trial is offered, the length of the trial and the price that follows it are shown before you confirm. Free trials are limited to one per account, so a trial may not be available if you have used one before. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically to a paid subscription at the price shown. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.

App stores, EULA and refunds

iOS. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) governs your license to the iOS App, together with these terms; if they conflict about that license, the Standard EULA controls. On the App Store, cancel a renewing plan at least 24 hours before the period ends (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). App Store refunds are requested from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) under Apple’s policies.

Android. The Google Play Terms of Service apply to downloading the App and to purchases made through Google Play, and the license in these terms is the end-user license agreement for the Android App. Cancel a renewing plan before its renewal date in the Google Play Store app › your profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Google Play purchases follow the Google Play refund policy: within about 48 hours of purchase you can usually request a refund directly from Google Play; after that, contact us and we will help where Google’s process allows.

Nothing here limits refund or consumer rights you have under applicable law.

Advertising

The App may display advertising. Ads and any linked third-party content are the responsibility of the advertiser or ad network, not us. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

Intellectual property

The App, including its code, art, audio, and name, is owned by BlackRaven AI LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms don't transfer any ownership to you. Work you create with the App (for example files you export) is yours.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlackRaven AI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the past 12 months or USD $10.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end the App or your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the App.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits any consumer-protection rights you have that cannot be waived under the law where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; if we do, we'll change the date below and post the new version at this URL. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
